Dan Ferguson is a lifelong Southside resident and dedicated member of The Southside Alliance.

Professional & Community Background
Dan is a retired Huntington police officer and former Cabell County Chief Magistrate. He currently serves the City of Huntington as Special Assistant to the Mayor, continuing a long and respected career in public service. Both Dan and his wife, Arlene, previously served with the Huntington Police Department.

Connection to Southside / The Alliance
A proud graduate of Huntington High School and Marshall University, Dan’s roots in the Southside run deep. He and Arlene live near the Memorial Arch and remain committed to supporting the neighborhood they have always called home.
