Liza Caldwell is a Board Member of The Southside Alliance with a deep passion for community development and preservation.

Professional & Community Background
Liza has extensive experience in renovation and interior design and now calls her Whitaker Boulevard home after completing her own Southside renovation. She has served on several development boards, including the Municipal Development Authority, the Urban Renewal Authority, and Huntington’s Historic Preservation Commission. Liza currently serves as President of the Cabell County Commission, where she continues to advocate for thoughtful growth and revitalization efforts.

Connection to Southside / The Alliance
Liza chose to return to Huntington specifically to live in the Southside, reflecting her love for its beauty and community character.
